By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Products
TOVA offers handcrafted foldable chairs and related products made from reclaimed solid wood.
As each piece is made from natural and reclaimed materials, slight variations in color, texture, grain, and appearance are to be expected. These characteristics are part of the product’s unique nature and do not constitute defects.
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Actual products may differ slightly from photographs displayed on the website.
3. Ordering Process
Orders may be placed through the online store.
Once an order has been submitted, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The purchase contract becomes effective once the order has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include any taxes required by law unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout before the order is finalized.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization.
TOVA does not store complete payment card information.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Products are shipped:
- Within Switzerland from Switzerland
- Within Bulgaria from Bulgaria
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier services, customs procedures, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or external events.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery.
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are encouraged to inspect their order promptly upon delivery.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide photographs showing the damage.
We will review each case individually and determine an appropriate solution.
8. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

Returned products must:
- Be unused
- Be in their original condition
- Include original packaging where reasonably possible
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
9. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
10. Warranty
Customers are entitled to statutory warranty rights applicable under Swiss law.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Natural aging of wood
- Changes in color, texture, or appearance caused by environmental conditions
- Improper use, storage, or maintenance
- Damage caused by accidents or misuse

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, product designs, logos, and visual materials, remains the property of TOVA or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TOVA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics, or similar events.
14. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected where applicable.
